Blackflame Covenant Ignites don't count as Chaos DoTs

Blackflame Covenant makes it so that your ignites deal chaos damage. Which means its actively a chaos damage over time effect. However Dark Effigy does not register the chaos ignite as a chaos damage over time and thus doesn't spawn an additional projectile for it.

I originally picked up Blackflame Covenant thinking that the ignite would count towards my total number of chaos damage over time effects, and was rather disappointed when i found out it did not. Would love to see it actually count towards my total number of chaos damage over time effects, and if not maybe some clarification that it doesn't count.
