More Spirit Uncut Gems during campaign

Something that needs to be addressed is the lack of guaranteed spirit uncut gems during the campaign, during this league I just entered Act 3 and the only uncut spirit gem I got the whole playthrough is the one from the quest in Freythorn Act 1. It does not feel good to have all my other skills at lvl 8-9 while my spirit skill is still lvl 4. I'll leave the way to address this up to the developers, just wanted to leave my feedback.
