Endgame not playable: Game crashes

Hello,

anyone else having trouble playing the endgame? Several maps are simply not playable for me due to the laggs / fps drops. Like literally. I have spots where the second i enter the game crashes out...

Specs:

I7 13700 3,4Ghz
64 GB RAM DDR4
RTX 3070

I play on the LOWEST possible graphic settings possible. I reduced resolution. Play on Fullscreen. Reduced sound channels to minimum (heared that might be a thing).

I am clueless what else to do but to buy a multi thousand € PC and hope it gets better...

anyone any ideas?
