Lunar Blessing weapon swap bug

I put all my skills including lunar blessing in weapon set 1 exclusively and only ferocious roar is in weapon set 2:
If I activate lunar blessing after ferocious roar while still being in weapon set 2, lunar blessing doesnt proc moonbeam on any attack.

Also not sure if this one is a bug but If lunar blessing is used in weapon set 2 and I attack with a weapon set 1 skill it doesn't proc moonbeam either while the buff is active; the skill has to be in the same weapon set as the attack.
This one might be intended but writing just in case it's not.

I agree, with lunar blessing set on weaponII, when I cast it no moonbeams are shot on any attacks. Also it seems like some uniques doesn't work with Lunar blessing, like:

Spending rage with Lunar Blessing on weaponII doesnt gain Druidic Prowess

Came here for a similar issue.

I set up my weapon set II swap to have a lot of increased duration. Have my talisman locked to both weapon sets in inventory. Attack skills set to I and Lunar blessing (and Savage Fury) to only use set II.

Casting Lunar Blessing with set II causes it to not generate any moonbeams with attacks from set I. If I check set I for Lunar Blessing everything works as normal, but I can't utilize my weapon swap passives.

If this is intended behavior that's fine, but would like a confirmation if so.
