I can't figure how to allow my friends to use my public filters

Previous league I remember (maybe wrongly as some time passed) that when going to their profile, going to our guild, and on my profile, gave them access to my public filters that I created them as they play on PS5 and can't upload directly into directory.

But this league I can't figure how the hell we've done it previously. Even when I got on neversink's profile I don't see their filters on it, I can only find them in the rankings.

Does anyone have any idea about how I can finally figure it out ?

PS : They find hard to make the filters themselves with all the sounds effects and colors. They would have done it if they could.
