Xbox Series S Performance Issues

I've been getting network lag spikes every couple seconds, it makes it so frustrating to play the game. I've tried clearing cache, but it makes no difference. Even though I have fiber internet, there is still persistent lag. This is the only game that I have this issue with. I hope that this is looked into.
