New unique flask Lavianga's Spirits does not apply after respawn during expedition, must be re-equipped after every death to work.

Yep, after every death you have to re-equip it to enable again. Very annoying.

Confirm, bug when we respawn on checkpoint after a death (on map with more than 1 portal, or temple, etc)

This 1+ and also when Omen or Resurgence procs the potion doesn´t apply sometimes anymore.
