Deadeye Bullseye Critical Weakness 5 Stacks

Hi,

the patch notes for 0.4 mentions that for Deadeye, Bullseye is now supposed to provide 10 stacks critical weakness on consuming the mark from Marked Shots.

However it that the number of stacks being applied is 5, rather than 10:
