Couldn't get cosmetic

Hi, I beat the boss in the grim tangle during the free weekend, but I died at the same time as him, it was a bummer but I moved on, however I just realized that I should've gotten a cool cosmetic item from him exclusive for this weekend.

Is there anyway to get that one back?
