This happens multiple times per zone, mostly after a dodge roll.

Your animation bugs out and doesn't animate the flame attack (neither the attack animation nor the fire cone), even though you can see it spreading and killing enemies. You jitter around like bad desync, and your skillbar doesn't display your cooldown.
