Out of 5 Vaal Temples 2 are bugged and can't be completed

It has been very frustrating trying to run a dungeon that takes ages to unlcok, only to get there to find bugs that simply do not allow you to complete the run in about 30% of the times.... From floating monsters, from locked doors for no reason, from failure to appear key mechanics in rooms.... This seems like it hasnt even been tested before being put online
