Zone of Corruptions Bugged

I died doing the second zone of corruption (a T3+ quest) and the corruption turned to cleansed but I never got a completion for the quest. Now I am in T15s, explored 50-100 maps, and 0 corruptions found. I am still stuck on "Complete a Tier 3+ Corrupted Nexus" quest.
