Ember Fusillade w/ infusions - Crash

Infused Ember Fulisade crashing constantly. Replicable very easily in temple. Especially while fighting rares. Everything is fine until casting ember, sometimes insta-crash, sometimes hangs for a minute then crashes, and sometimes crashes as soon as embers fire to targets. Seems to be more of an issue when infused, have not tried when not infused(Cold[from frost bomb] and Lighting[from orb of storms]).

Have tried changed every setting ect. (except Dx12, I have not tried switching to Vulkan, Dx11 or whatever) to make sure it was not hardware issue, which I never should have regardless.
