Lost Temple benches not working

Going into the Lost Temple, sometimes the workbenches work and other times they just don't. They show up but I can't click on them. Same with the vault rooms, I run around and grab the gold and then go through the animation of activating the levers but the levers don't move and the door doesn't open, and I've made it to the boss rooms and the boss was not there. I play on PlayStation and I know other people that I play with and talk to have been having the same issues. Can we please get this fixed because it sucks to run to open the Temples just to have them not work. It's super discouraging on so many levels.

I've had this issue too mostly with multiplayer none of us could interact with the workbenches also some of the workbenches do allow you to take the crafting materials and others do not, not sure what the difference is. It would be nice to take all the crafting materials so we can split them like normal loot.
