Silver Charms should negate all effects of Temporal Chains

I run 2 silver charms because the slows in this game are so godawful. Currently they only reduce the duration of Temporal Chains by a couple of seconds. Can you please make the silver charms negate all effects of Temporal Chains? It would go a long way to make that affix more bearable on maps.
