Vaulting Impact + Controller

Note: Xbox controller on PC. I'm unable to test other controllers.

Before version 0.4.0, the "Vaulting Impact" skill worked quite well with a controller.

Now, it's impossible to move around (like with a keyboard and mouse) with it.

Please excuse me for not posting a video, but I imagine it's fairly easy to verify this
