Access to boss arena bugged, layout visuals not matching mini-map

I ran into a map (Frozen Falls) that generated an inaccessible boss arena. The visuals have a clear path, but in the mini-map you can see the path is obstructed. I've seen similar discrepancies in other maps, however this is more egregious since it prevents from entering the boss arena and completing the map.
