Bug in "harmony within" and/or "chaos inoculation"?

Apparently, despite the "chaos inoculation" claiming immunity to bleeding, the bleeding doesn't seem to be being removed from the mana as promised by "harmony within." Death is immediate in the Ngakano region of Act 4. Apparently, this is due to the bleeding. The mana doesn't even move.

I know that "harmony within" is only for "hit" and not "dot," but shouldn't I be immune to bleeding?
