Thariel, the Umbral Wraith Boss Nerf?

Anyone else having an issue with this boss in maps? Doesn't seem to matter what level the map is this boss will destroy you. especially for a melee class. You are lucky to get one or two hits in till the whirlwind blade happens and you're dead. Just a though

There is definitely something wrong with it's damage output. Possibly bugged damage.
