Boss bug ACT 4

The NPC doesn't move or speak; they are completely motionless. The NPC is frozen, making it impossible to talk to them, progress through the story, or skip to Act 5.

Go to kingmarsh, take waypoint, control + click on heart of the tribe and create a new instance, you have to redo the map but works for me
