Locking both weapon sets with Lord of the Wilds only locks the Talisman and not the Sceptre

If you have Lord of the Wilds allocated and equip a talisman and sceptre in weapon set 1, you can lock all weapon sets so the same items get used in weapon set 2 as well. If you do this, however, only the talisman will be used in weapon set 2 and the sceptre is only equipped in set 1.

I'm still struggling with this. On console (XBox) I only see the option to share or unshare, not lock to weapon sets. Walking Calamity/Lunar Assault will not bind to weapon set 2 with Sceptre, I assume because they have a requirement for Talsiman. Cannot figure out. Very frustrating after over 100 Div investment in gear.
