Hotfix 9 DID NOT FIX the texture problems

This screenshot was taken today, after hotfix 9 was supposed to fix the texture issue with low VRAM machines. I am once again forced to use DX11 until this is fixed.

Also Invisible enemies on my side....
My experience so far and observation.
The game gets worse with each patch.
Since at release i had none of these up untill the middle of the last season.
I played fine at the begining of the last season, took a 4-5 week break and went back only to be met with extremely long loading screens.
And now its even worse.
