Wyvern Devour Skill sometimes gets stuck in environment

Happenned to me on the Lake of Kalandra map in a small hole, and below stairs in the campaign area with Benedictus.

Also, in this campaign area, an abyss spawned inside the Benedictus Boss area and 2 rares were stuck on the top-right side of the screen between some rocks - effectively making them impossible to hit with proj / melee attacks.
