Npc dialogues are sometimes broken

Npc dialogues are sometimes broken. Though, I dont recall if they happened outside of the three smaller interlude acts after act4.

Getting quests and all that works fine. There is just no speech or text. Just empty window where the text is supposed to be.

So... not a big thing, but it is still clearly a bug.
