character stuck

My character samsfireballz is stuck whenever i try to log in it disconnects, other characters are logging in fine :)

You haven't said whether this is about PoE 1 or PoE 2 - and GGG don't provide in-game support.
When you select the character on the character selection screen, is there an 🛖 icon?  If so, try clicking on it. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
