i did the 3th trial got the acendency points, i located them and then the server went down, and i lost the points, is there anything that you guys can do? i even lost the coin for the trial....

GGG never restores lost items or killed Hardcore characters for any reason.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

so the server went down, i just lost the 2 acendency points, i even located them got the effects of it and then boom, nothing....
