Life + chaos res vs ES + CI = paper plane vs private jet

I mean really take a second to think about these two options. one has 2 to 4 times more hp and gets 75 chaos res and immune to bleeding for one skill point. the other will likely never be chaos capped and gets one shot no matter the armor levels.
