Rend biff is kinda crazy

Rend (wyver talisman default attack) has passive effect: it gives you a buff for 10 seconds when you use consume power charge with it. This buff changes damage and speed of Rend, but more importantly it gives you 50% damage as Extra Lightning. We have same effect with Lunar Blessing (lvl 13 Primal skill).
But in case of Blessing you lose it when you leave Wolf form. This does not happen with Rend buff. It persists not even when you change form to other animal, but even if you turn human and hold non-talisman. So it is very easy to gain 50% Extra Lightning with that swap. And even though it is powerful and feels good, I think it is kinda broken. Wyvern needs that buff for sure, that is what makes it viable, vut I think it should be bound to wyvern form, or at least to shapeshift, instead of being Extra for any attack or spell in the game.
