Unable to access any content in the micro transaction Shop Ps5

I’ve been trying to look at skins for my skills that are on sale and I cannot access anything in the micro transactions shop in game on my PlayStation unless it’s a supporter pack or a specific amount of currency from the points page. The only thing that shows up is my character and an empty screen with no option to select anything. How do I open the shop correctly or is this a bug.

Same thing happened to me.GGG basically told me to get fucked and that it was an issue with my region changing on my Sony account. Contacted Sony and they said that my region has never changed. GGG then told me they can’t speculate and didn’t do a god damn thing. I had to log in to Poe 1 to update my shop and then log into Poe 2. I still get the issue non stop and GGG basically doesn’t know what’s going on and won’t do a thing about it. So good luck bro! They were 100% useless to somebody that has spent over10k on the game. 🤷‍♂️
