Staggering palm bugs out when weapon swapping to wyver.

When using staggering palm to gain the projectile buff, if you weapon swap to wyvern after and use rend then go back to quarterstaff the buff will say its active but no projectiles will fire. Using staggering palm again will add to its duration but not provide the projectiles. This also happens with the quarter staff buff charged staff. Very easy to recreate this bug

SAME OR SIMILAR ISSUE HERE!!!! When i use devour to gain power charges. I can use charged staff and it works as expect and hoped for. BUUTTTT if you use devour again while charged staff is already active or anyyyy shapeshift ability for that matter then when u swap back to quarterstaff you still have a blue spiked qstaff indicating that charged staff is working but ya PROJECTILES ARE JUST GONE. This is the most frustrating bug i have encountered and has ruined my experience with the new shapeshift abilities. I bought a nice talisman on the trade and now Im just going to switch everything back and use profane ritual...and remove any new shapeshifting abilities... MAKING this is a big fail.... MAKES SHAPESHIFTING AS A MONK USELESS. this would have great synergy with the wyvern or wolf. I REALLLLLYY hope they fix this because i have wasted hours trying everything to make it work to no avail. Now i am way behind and watching all my friends and their build blow by me. Come on GGG please answer our prayers here. This should be viable!!!!!!!
