tavakai quest bug, can't proggres campaign

At the end of chapter 4,after beating Tavakai,I need to witness the Hooded One cue Tavakai and Makoru.
But it failed! I can't continue the game. Killed him close to the wall and it bugs out I have seen a few others have the same thing.
