guatelitzi's ablation

guatelitzi's ablation only gives 1 power charge instead of a power charge every 4 sec, im guessing the increase skill effect duration is also granted to "grant you a power charge every 4 sec" not sure is intended or bug. feels useless if its intend lol

This one is bugged it triggers only once even if i stand around my 18 seconds duration offering - still procs only 1st 4 sec and that is all
