Disciple of Varashta : Huge delay while weapon swap on cast command skill

Hi there.

I want to play hybrid so i use weapon swap to change from elem damage to minion damage.
The problem is there is a huge delay when i swap to use Navira's Fracturing.
Also, if i press the button to do the command and hit another spell that makes swap again, the command is cancelled...
This make the hybrid build unplayable actually

I tested more things on the Navira, i saw this:

Its not swap inself. Its a level changing on the Navira's Fracturing.

I tested a nodule Endless Blessing on weapon II, wich give +1 level to all cold skills, when i swap, gives a delay on naviras skill.

I tested a sceptre with +1 level minion skill, and the same happens.

When a swap weapon with no change of level on navira's, the skill works correctily. But when have change on level, navira's get the delay and dont work.

I hope fix this
