Vaal temple bricked?

I am unable to interact with or do any of the things inside of my vaal temple. I have no crafting benches, the loot rooms don't open when I hit the levers, none of the NPC's spawn to interact with them, nothing inside of them works. Is there a way to reset my temple? Not being able to use the new league mechanic is really frustrating.
