No access to 20 place more inventory [ titan passif]

I cant have accès to my second inventory [ titan passif/20 places] and cant have acces to my spelisation book ( i think he is on the bag) i obtain killing the blind beast.
I had to restart a all game because of this last week and now i dont want to restart again . Please tell me somethink , do somethink. Tanks
