Wyvern Form Rolling Magma consumes Amazon Surge but doesn't cause any Surges

In general, Elemental Surge is very inconsistent with Skills; it works.
It supposedly works with Projectile Skills from Non-Melee Skills; it does not include several Ranged Attack Projectiles, including all Rain Skills, as a Side Note.

This Bug report focused on a niche Interaction, though.

Elemental Surges usually do not get consumed if the Skill doesn't interact with it. Like on Melee Projectiles or Rain of Arrows as examples.

But for Rolling Magma, it consumes the Charge but does no Surge Procs on Projectile Hits on Enemies or Ground.


To reproduce:
Be Amazon and have Elemental Surge Ascendancy allocated
1. Devour a Corpse or Enemy
2. Consume Charge with Rend
2.5 Wait for Rend Buff to time out
3. Use Rolling Magma and see Charge consumed.
