Cannot log in or failed to connect to instance

Most of the times I try to log in, it shows message: unexpected disconnect happened.

When game logs me in, when I try to move to new location, or even load hideout, I get disconnected with message "Disconected: failed to connect to instance"

This happens when Hong Kong or Moscow/Stockholm realms selected.
Only this realms are (were) playable for me with ping ~100ms, other realms shows ping > 300ms.
