Lingering Illusion Remnants bugged in combination with Resonance and capped Power Charges

So Lingering Illusion got changed to instead of granting Charges, to drop Remnants.

Resonance lets you get Endurance Charges instead of Power Charges.

When you are at full Power Charges however, you cannot collect any of the dropped "Power-Charge-Remnants" even though they would give you Endurance Charges.

On Top of that, this interaction bugges all of your current Power Charges to stay for infinite duration without expiring.
