Unlisted slow on player

Was having my character slow down both MS and action speed by like 30-50% for a few seconds every time I dodged rolled.

No debuf icons appeared in the top left, and whipping the character window open i can see there is no MS change or other line explaining why im moving and doing actions so slow. Couldnt notice any enemies doing cold, or any cold surfaces. Never noticed enemy curses.

In Jiquani's Sanctum. I am using blasphemy + temp chains to slow enemies in an aura. Kinda feels like the curse is being applied to me for a moment when i do the dodge roll.

Work around was changing into an animal form with a talisman then back to human and poof i can dodge roll normally again.
