Skills not showing up in Passive Skills Screen

When in the pasove skill screen...
Press <alt> to inspect the passive node....
Attack skills show up for Passive Nodes that boost attacks.
Spell skills do not show up for Passive Nodes that boost spells.
For example, just outside the Druid starting point, near "Harbinger of Disaster"
The 2 damage nodes right there will show all skills attacks for druid talismans and spells for staves depending on whats slotted.
To the 'left/west' are attack nodes that will show attacks when <alt> is pressed and a talisman is slotted.
To the 'right/North' are spell nodes that will not show spells when <alt> is pressed and a staff is slotted.
