INFINITE LOADING SCREEN

Since Friday I can't play path of exile 2 on PlayStation 5!

I have the game bought, and I would just like to play.

The problem is that when I select the game on ps5 and the game starts, it gets stuck on the loading screen (infinite loading).

I've already tried to change the language of PlayStation 5, I've also tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, I've also changed WI-FI and nothing solves.
I've also checked all the game updates on PlayStation 5.

Please help me, because it's being frustrating!

Same issue on PC sadly, didnt find fix since 0.1

arc b580 (had same issue with rtx 2060)
32 gb ddr4 ram (had same issue with 16gb)
2tb m.2 ssd (same issue on 1tb sata ssd)
