Weird bug cant get any cast on crit gems to work on weapon set 1

I tried again, I unequipped everything in case there was some super secret conflict like having pinpoint critical in the build made cast on crit not work. Tried debugging it and Im still bugged with everything naked. What do I have to do to get unbugged? |
