Pounce Not Working with Second Wind?

Not sure if this is intended behavior or not but the werewolf Pounce skill does not get an extra charge when the Second Wind supports are linked to it.

On a related note, Lunar Blessing recharges if you have Second Wind creating a situation where it’s easy to keep up almost 100% uptime.
