After selecting character stuck at loading screen.

I have a rog ally x.
For the past week I have been having issues with my game. from choppy graphics, to not being able to see my items in the inventory (i can see a silhouette but not the item itself). As of Saturday afternoon 12/14, the game gets stuck at the loading screen after I select my character.

I have tried every other game I have on this device. everything plays, even destiny, and that thing has server issues ALL the time lol. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing changed. The Playstation 5 version played well, but I would much rather play it on my ROG Ally.

Any help would be appreciated.
