Can no longer tp out of Temples after update

Even after completed temples, i am unable to teleport out of it, not sure this is intentional

I couldn’t find any mention of this in the patch notes. So i guess it's a bug. I have the same issue, after the new patch.

Surely this has to be a bug, GGG.

If you have limb augments, and get trapped in a room, you are forced to respawn at checkpoint and lose your limb augments. With all the bugs still happening, I cannot imagine why you would force a lack of teleporting out on the player. I've had long strings of rooms with no checkpoints making for lengthy walks now, too.

Please, put teleporting back in. It does not add to the experience whatsoever. Temples are already relatively unrewarding compared to all the other extra content, and this is just making me skip them entirely.
