Stuck in my Elite Legion Hall

When I entered my elite legion hall T3 I noticed that the animation of the leader killing the scorpion didnt play and instead the scorpion just sat there. I didnt think much of it and finished clearing the room. Once everyone was dead I noticed the notification didnt play that the room was cleared and that the doors were still locked. I can only assume that this monster counts as a member of this room and thats why I cant leave as its not "dead".

However I also cant use my portal or use /hideout, the doors wont open and I cant walk through them.

this is happening with a lot of different rooms atm

Same here, and respawning at checkpoint will remove all my replacement limbs, what the hell?
