Paid for?

Early access for a game that will eventually be F2P. I would have saved my money had I known that buying it in any Early Access capacity limits my ability to only play it on the one platform.
I have tried logging in on my Pc, 5+ times tried changing my password, all of the things and I still can't play on PC. It's kind of obnoxious that people paying for Early Access don't have the option to play it on any platform the account/email can be bound to.
