Darkness Enthroned - 0.4 Migration

Lvl 89 Ritualist converted to Standard League from 0.3.

Wearing Darkness Enthroned Unique Belt (Gloves) with socketed runes.

When Worn item slot states that it cannot be used by the character and its stats will be ignored. Level 62 is the only requirement. Working as intended prior to 0.4 update.

After removing, the belt appears normal and is able to be equipped. After equipping, the Belt's background turns red and the same problem persists.
