Voltaxic Rift wont lock to both weapon sets/ poisonburst arrow not letting me interact anymore

Was able to do it before latest update and for a couple maps after but all of a sudden I am unable to lock it now. I am able to lock other bows just not Voltaxic Rift. Also I no longer can use my stash tab with poisonburst arrow bound to my left click, I am able to talk to npcs but cant interact with stash it just shoots the arrow.
