Reactive Growth error introduced in patch 0.4.0b

Since patch 0.4.0b, Reactive Growth, the node in the Shaman Mastery Passive tree, no longer correctly adds 10% stacking protection against the corresponding element. For example, previously with 3 adaptations towards the same element, it would decrease damage by 40%. Now its by 37% with three adaptations or 28% with two adaptations.
